Creamy Garlic Dressing image

This is a delicious quick and easy dressing. So much better than the kind you buy in a store!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c vegetable oil, canola oil or whatever you like
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c heavy cream
1/4 c cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 large clove garlic, minced or presses

Steps:

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine oil, sour cream, heavy cream, vinegar salt & garlic until smooth. Chill Serve over salad greens. Yield: 1 1/2 cups
