2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder
4-1/2 cups (1/2 of 30-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
1 can (14.75 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14.75 oz.) cream-style corn
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until potato mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.
