Steps:
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper In a bowl beat togethe butter, sugar and orange rind until fluffy. Stir in cornstarch then flour to make smooth dough. Divide dough in half, and between wax paper roll to 1/4 inch. Refrigerate until firm. Using floured 1 1/2 inch square flutted cutter, cut into shapes, rerolling scraps and chiling dough between cutting. Place 1 inch apart on the sheet. Freeze until hard about 15 min. Bake in centre of 275 until bottoms are golden, about 45 minutes. let cool on pan on rack for 2 min. Transfer toracks. and let cool completely. Glaze; Stir together sugar and orange rind and juice. brush over cookies. let stand until dry, about 30 min.
