Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ whole wheat flour
3/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottoms only of 12 regular-size muffin cups with shortening or cooking spray (do not use paper baking cups).
