ORANGE-BUTTERED GREEN BEANS WITH CARROTS image

2 tbsp each butter and orange marmalade
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
1 cup julienned carrots
2 cups fresh green beans, lightly cooked

Steps:

  • In saucepan, combine butter, marmalade and lemon zest. Heat until melted and sauce bubbles. Simmer carrots and beans until vegetables are tender. Drain Drizzle Sauce over vegetables.
