Onion Masala Omelette image

3 large eggs, beaten
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
salt to taste
3 sprigs cilantro, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Mix beaten eggs and onions together in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat; pour in egg mixture. Sprinkle in chili powder, turmeric, pepper, and salt. Keep moving the omelette to avoid burning. Once the edges of the omelette are light brown, flip the omelette to the next side for at least 5 minutes, continually moving it in the pan. Flip again, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve warm.
