Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash potatoes and dry.
- 2. Slice raw potatoes into 1/2 inch slices, not cutting all the way through the potato. Place on individual foil sheets.
- 3. Combine melted butter and soup mix.
- 4. Spoon mixture over potatoes.
- 5. Wrap in foil and bake until done, approximately 1 hour.
