Yield 1 stick butter

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 garlic clove, smashed well
1 small shallot
about 18 oil-cured olives (used Morroccan dry from Harvestime)
few sprigs parsley
1/2 c butter, room temp
2 tsp Dijon mustard
black pepper

Steps:

  • Process garlic, shallot, olives and parsley in blender food processor until evenly chopped. Add butter and mustard, process until smooth. Shape into log using wax paper, chill. Remember, it uses an entire stick of butter, so consider making 1/2 recipe.
