Steps:
- Combine first 3 ingredients in dutch oven over med high heat and bring to boil. Reduce and simmer for 20 min. Remove chicken and let sit for 20. Remove chicken from bones and cut into pieces.
- Add carrot, celery, and onion to pan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add noodles and simmer for 6. Add chicken, salt, pepper. Cook for 2 min or until noodles are done.
