OCHRO & RICE SALT-FISH DELIGHT image

Strangely, this was my Dad's favorite thing to eat, growing up with stew Oxtail. It did not matter the amount, there was never enough to go around, especially when neighbors stopped by "to say Hi" more to eat some food! if you ask me.
