Amish Cake Frosting image

Got from the Amish websit and change the sugar to Splenda sugar and Splenda brown sugar. I look sugar-free and low fat Cool Whip.

8 oz low-fat cream cheese or cream cheese
2/3 c brown sugar or splenda brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp light salt
2 c cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. Beat cream cheese, Splenda brown sugar,vanilla and light salt until fluffy.
  • 2. Fold in the Cool Whip.
