NUT & CURRY COUSCOUS image

Number Of Ingredients 17

Couscous
1 c. couscous
1T. oil
1 1/2 c. peas, carrots or mixed veggies
1/4 c. onions
2 t. curry powder
2 vegetable bullion cubes
1/4 t. garlic powder
2 c. water
1 can chick peas, drained
Sauce:
1 t. soy sause
1 t. vinegar
1 t. brown sugar
2 T. raisins
2 T. chopped nuts
1 t. curry powder

Steps:

  • - Mix all couscous ingredients into pot and cover until couscous is cooked. 15-20 minutes - Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl, break up the bullion cubes as much as possible. - Add sauce to couscous, stir until bullion is melted. - serve
