White Pizza Dip image

They are so good and cheesy. I make them on christmas appetizers and parties.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 envelope lipton savory herb with garlic soup mix
1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
1 c (8 ounces) ricotta cheese
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces, divided)
1/4 c (1 ounce) chopped pepperoni
1 loaf italian or french bread, sliced

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 F.In shallow 1-quart casserole, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with bread.
