Noodles and Pot cheese Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 2

8 oz ( 4 cups) Penn. Dutch Egg Medium dry Egg noodles
16 oz Axelrod Pot style Low fat Cottage cheese

Steps:

  • Cook egg noodles 5 mins or as per instructions on package Drain thoughly. Put noodles into a large frypan, adding butter. Cook on medium heat till noodles are nicely browned on the bottom. Stir as needed during browning. Cooking time is about 10 mins. Serve with butter and cottage cheese.
