1 (8 ounce) package medium egg noodles
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn, drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink and drain.
  • Add tomato sauce and water and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Drain the noodles and add to beef mixture.
  • Mix in the corn, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook until heated through and cheese is melted.
