I Love This Banana Bread...It's Sweet...It's Not Bitter...There's No Nuts...But You May Add Them to Your Liking...This Recipe is A Very Old Family Recipe and Is Very Yummy!!! Please Let Me Know How You Like It, When You Bake It!

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 ripe bananas, smashed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • 2. Smash The Banana's with A Fork Thoroughly, Then Add The Melted Butter, Egg, Vanilla, Salt, Baking Soda and Sugar and Beat with An Electric Mixer On Medium Speed About (3) for 1 Minutes...
  • 3. Then Add The Flour By Dip Method... and Continue to Beat Another Minute, Then Pour Into Greased (Buttered) Loaf Pans
  • 4. Bake for 50 Minutes...at 350°F Cool On Wire Rack Out of Pans for 30 Minutes and Serve Warm with Real Butter
  • 5. Makes 1 Loaf... I Always Make 2 Loaves... Because The 1st One Gets Eaten Quickly
