No Cook Marshmallow Frosting image

Nice, soft marshmallowy taste and texture. This is great with the Heavenly and Easy Chocolate Cake I posted. Nuts and Cocoanut don't hurt, either.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c light karo syrup
1 1/4 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Add salt to egg whites, beat until frothy.
  • 2. Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth and glossy.
  • 3. Slowly add Karo syrup, beating until frosting stands in firm peaks.s
  • 4. Add vanilla.
