Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lbs frozen Hash Browns (thawed & liquid removed)
1/2 C melted butter
1 onion chopped fine
1 pt sour cream
2 C cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
(2 C corn flakes)
(1/4 C butter)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except last two. Pour into Pyrex casserole Top with (buttered corn flakes) Bake @ 350 for 1/2 hour
