This is the recipe of "Neiman Marcus Cookies" that came with the story of a woman paying $250.00 for it.

Number Of Ingredients 13

2 cup(s) butter
4 cup(s) flour
2 teaspoon(s) soda
5 cup(s) blended oatmeal (measure oatmeal then blend in blender until it's a fine powder)
2 cup(s) sugar
24 ounce(s) chocolate chips
2 cup(s) brown sugar
1 - 8 oz. hershey bar (grated)
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 teaspoon(s) salt
4 - eggs
3 cup(s) chopped nuts (pecans or english walnuts)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix dry ing. together in a bowl. Cream butter and both sugars in another bowl; mix with dry ing. Add chocolate chips, Hershey Bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Makes 112 cookies. Recipe can easily be halved. **This is the recipe taken directly from the story.
