Steps:
- 0. Dressing: 1 cup vegetable oil; 1/2 cup sugar; 1/3 c white wine vinegar; 2 packets of beef flavoring from Rama noodles (must be beef, not roast beef). Mix and refrigerate for at least one hour before dressing salad. 1. Saute till browned in butter at least 2 (I use 4, at least) pkgs of dry beef-flavored Raman noodles (crumbled) and 1 cup of sunflower seeds. Set aside and let cool completely. 2. Shred 1 small head of cabbage shredded. 3. 2 bunches of of scallions chopped--keep these separate until you mix everything up. 4. Combine all ingredients toss with dressing JUST BEFORE serving.
