DREAMY ORANGE CHEESECAKE DIP image

we all loved making different dips and using lots of fresh fruits.Decorated the holiday tables with all different colors.Grand daugther would pick the fresh mint from the garden.While the other grand children would cut the fruits. SMILES and making new memories .

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pkg (8 ounces) reduced -fat cream cheese,softned
1/2 c orange marmalade
1/2 tsp orange extract
1 Tbsp fresh orange zest
few fresh mint leafs
2 1/2 c fresh strawberries
2 1/2 c cantaloupe chucks
2 c fresh pineapple chucks
2 c apple slices.
1 c grapes, seedless

Steps:

  • 1. COMBINE cheese,marmalade and orange extract(or Vanilla) in a small bowl; Mix well.GARNISH with orange zest and mint leafs. ALSO YOU CAN TAKE ORANGE ZEST AND TWIRL A FEW LONG PIECES ,AND TOP ON THE DIP. LOOKS GREAT AND EVERYONE WILL LOPE YOUR CREAMY DIP.
  • 2. SERVE WITH FRESH FRUITS OR EVEN FRESH VEGETABLES, such as baby carrots sliced celery and all different vegst.
  • 3. YOU can prepared dip ahead of time.STORE, covered in the refrigerator up to two days. SO refresh and wonderful .
