Nanette's Corn Pudding image

Number Of Ingredients 8

5 cups Frozen Corn
1/8 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 1/2 tablespoons Flour
3 Eggs
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Melted Butter

Steps:

  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Whisk Eggs and add cream and butter
  • Slowly combine dry ingredients with egg mixture
  • Stir in corn and pour into 1.5 Qt Casserole
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until set.
