Steps:
- 1. This recipe is very large so you will need large roaster pan (like for a turkey) this works best. Prep time may vary, I find it easier to measure my spices before cooking meat. Also cutting onion before cooking meat helps too.
- 2. Set stove to medium. Cook meat in roaster till 90% cooked.
- 3. Add chopped onion
- 4. Add puree and sauces and mix well
- 5. Add all spices,season to taste and mix well. Cook time is from when meat is added to roaster. The longer it is in roaster the more the spices will soak in.
