Steps:
- BROWN beef in a large skillet; drain.
- IN a large pot put all ingredients in it except for the shredded cheese. Mix well, cook on low to medium-low heat for 8 hours, stirring every couple of hours.
- ADD cheese when ready to serve. You could serve it with some crackers.
