MUSTARD AND ROSEMARY PORK CHOPS image

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 Thick Pork chops (preferrably Nagano)
salt and pepper
1 T butter
2 T Mustard (1/2 dijon, 1/2 grainy)
1 T chopped rosemary
3 T panko

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to broil. Season pork on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in an oven proof saute pan over med heat and saute the pork until it is golden - about 3-4 mins per side -. Remove from heat, brush tops with mustard, top this with the chopped rosemary and then the panko. Ploace under broiler until top is browned, abot 2 minutes. Serve.
