Steps:
- 1. Coat a L nonstick skillet w/ nonstick spray and add the mushrooms, onion, celery, and thyme. Place the skillet over med-high heat, cover, and cook, stirring frequently for several minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add a little water or broth if the skillet becomes too dry. 2. Reduce the heat to medium, add the margarine and stir until it melts. Add the grain and salt to the skillet mixture and cook and stir for a minute or two or until the mixture is heated through
