Muffin Pan Mini Meatloaves image

These little meatloaves are so tasty and only require 30 min. of baking time. I like to pop them in my lunch bag to reheat at work. The seasoned stuffing mix (any flavor, even chicken) gives them a unique flavor. Great for kids!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound(s) hamburger
1 package(s) stove top stuffing
1 cup(s) water
1 pinch(es) cumin
1 pinch(es) garlic seasoning
1/3 cup(s) bbcue sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375° and spray a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking oil
  • Mix all ingredients together and press into 12 cup muffin pan. With a spoon create an indention on top of each meatloaf and fill with BBCue sauce.
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • NOTE: If your not into BBCue sauce...Try using tomato sauce with shredded mozzarella top!
