Steps:
- Brown chicken in olive oil. Remove from pan. In same pan brown onion. When they are browned, add in mushrooms and cook until limp. Add sundried tomatoes and basil. Add chicken back in. Add about ½ -1 cup wine. Cover and turn heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add about ¼-1/2 c balsamic vinegar, and cook until heated. Can serve with rice or over pasta of any kind.
