Steps:
- 1. Chop pineapple sage leaf into small pieces, set to the side. Then chop(I use scissors) onion chives into small pieces.Add to elk burger and mix completely.
- 2. Form into patties and grill until your desired doneness. Add sharp chedder cheese(optional) and let melt. Then enjoy!
