Moroccan Rub Lamb Chops image

Recipe from my favorite Rachel Ray cookbook. A great grilling recipe. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 9

12 loin lamb chops
1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon(s) ground cumin
2 teaspoon(s) ground turmeric
1 teaspoon(s) sweet paprika
1 teaspoon(s) coriander seeds
1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) hot pepper flakes
1 lemon, wedged

Steps:

  • Preheat grill pan to high. Brush chops with a little olive oil. Mix dry spices in a small container, cover and shake to combine.
  • Rub spice blend into the chops on both sides, and grill them 7-8 minutes, turning once, for medium rare; 10-12 minutes for medium to medium-well. Serve with wedges of lemon.
