1 lb 'shrooms
8oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
salt, pepper, dill
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 scallions
1/4 c parsley
3 tbs lemon juice
filo
olive oil
poppy seeds

Steps:

  • oven 350 degrees oil baking pan cook mushrooms, drain if necessary, add other ingredients. roll in filo, poppy seeds on top. bake 25-30 minutes.
