1/2 small onion (minced)
2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Combine all in a crockpot. Cover. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Serve with your choice of starch.
