Mom's Granola image

Number Of Ingredients 12

3 cups Old fashioned oats (not quick)
1 cup Flaked coconut
1 cup Sliced almonds
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1/2 cup Canola oil
1/2 cup Honey
2 tablespoon Pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Dried cranberries

Steps:

  • Toss the first 7 ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • In medium bowl, whisk together canola oil, honey, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Pour wet over dry mix and stir until evenly coated.
  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Spread the mixture on to parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 min, stir, then bake another 15 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Break up into pieces and add cranberries (you can use whatever fruits or nuts you like).
