MOMMY'S OATMEAL image

Yield 1 big bowl

Number Of Ingredients 14

All ingredients should be organic if possible-
1 c Water
1 handful Raisins
1/2 c Oats
1/4 c Oatbran
1 Banana
3/4 c Unsweetened Soy Milk
Lots of Love
Optional:
Wheat Germ
Ground Flaxseed
Shelled Hemp Seeds
Cinnamon
Almonds

Steps:

  • Boil the water with the raisins. Reduce to medium heat and add the oatbran, cook for 1 minute before adding the oats. Add the cinnamon (optional.) Then cook for 4-5 more minutes. In a bowl mash the banana with a fork and add wheat germ, ground flaxseed,almonds (soak in water over night then peel,) and/or shelled hemp seeds (all optional.) Pour the soy milk and mix well. Enjoy!
