Steps:
- 1. In a mixer bowl or with a hand mixer, cream together molasses, brown sugar, and butter.
- 2. Add all remaining ingredients and let ingredients sit for several minutes to soften the bran flakes. Mix well.
- 3. Spoon mixture into greased muffin tins or use muffin tin liners (I spray them too with vegetable or canola oil).
- 4. Bake muffins at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes -- watch carefully to prevent burning.
