Moist Sausage Balls image

This recipe was taken from a cookbook that was compiled by the Ladies' Auxillary at my church. It has been the best recipe for sausage balls that I have ever had. They are very moist and do not crumble.

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 c bisquick mix
10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb sausage (hot or mild)
1 c sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. Mix Well. Roll Into Balls.
  • 2. Bake on 350* for 15 minutes.
