Moist Cornbread image

Only 2 ingredients are needed for this very moist cornbread recipe. (i've not tried jiffy mix this way, but it calls for an egg, so you would need to add one.)

1 box(es) martha white yellow corn muffin mix (7.5 oz.)
1 can(s) creamed corn (14.75 oz.)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375. Line round cake pan with foil, spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix corn muffin mix with creamed corn and pour into prepared pan.
  • Cook for 30 - 35 minutes or until set.
  • Loosen foil and lift from pan. Turn out onto plate and cut in wedges.
