MOIST CORNBREAD
Only 2 ingredients are needed for this very moist cornbread recipe. (i've not tried jiffy mix this way, but it calls for an egg, so you would need to add one.)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375. Line round cake pan with foil, spray with cooking spray.
- Mix corn muffin mix with creamed corn and pour into prepared pan.
- Cook for 30 - 35 minutes or until set.
- Loosen foil and lift from pan. Turn out onto plate and cut in wedges.
