Modernized Old-Fashioned Yeast Rolls image

Making yeast rolls in the bread maker couldn't be easier. The machine does all the hard work with the dough. When it comes out, cut the dough into pieces, form into rolls, and put them in the muffin tin. The result is the cutest yeast rolls. 1/3 c half and half, warmed
1/3 c granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
6 Tbsp butter, melted
1/3 c water, warm
3 1/2 tsp Fleischmann's active dry yeast
2 large eggs, beaten
3 c all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. To the bread machine, add ingredients in the following order: flour, sugar, salt, half & half, butter, water, eggs, vanilla, then yeast. If you do not have a jar of yeast, you can use 2 packets and it will work just fine.
  • 2. Set machine to bread dough cycle.
  • 3. When 15 minutes remain in the bread dough cycle, preheat oven to 375.
  • 4. Grease a cupcake pan.
  • 5. Place dough onto a floured surface. Lightly dust the top of the dough with flour.
  • 6. Cut the dough into 36 pieces.
  • 7. Place 3 balls into each cupcake mold.
  • 8. Bake for 18-22 minutes.
  • 9. Baste lightly with butter.
  • 10. Allow to cool. Enjoy!
