Mock Chicken and Dressing image

It's amazing how much it tastes like chicken and dressing! The recipe came from my aunt about 20 years ago.

Yield 4-6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb ground chuck
2 cups dry breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sage
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients; put into buttered casserole dish.
  • Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
