Mocha Coffee Mix image

"Wonderful to have on hand, or put into pretty containers and give as gifts." This makes a lot. Put in pint jars

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/4 c instant coffee granules
7 c dry milk powder
5 1/2 c powdered chocolate drink mix
1/4 c confectioners' sugar
1 3/4 c cups powdered non-dairy creamer

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix together instant coffee, milk powder, chocolate drink mix, confectioners' sugar and powdered creamer. Store in airtight container(s).
  • 2. To serve, place 4 tablespoons of mixture into a coffee mug. Stir in 1 cup boiling water.
