MOCHA COFFEE MIX

Steps:

• In a blender or food processor, combine the creamer, sugar, coffee granules and cocoa. Cover and process until fine. Transfer to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year. Yield: 8 servings (2 cups total)., To prepare mocha coffee: Place 1/4 cup mix in a mug; add boiling water and stir until dissolved.

SWISS MOCHA COFFEE MIX

Steps:

• Measure all of the ingredients into a clean, dry bowl.
• Use a fork to combine everything evenly.
• Transfer this mixture into a resealable container.
• To Prepare: Measure 3 or 4 tablespoons of mixture in resealable container into a coffee mug.
• Fill coffee mug with hot water and stir to dissolve.

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a large plastic ziploc bag; mix well.

• To serve, spoon 2-3 heaping tablespoons into a coffee mug, add fresh brewed coffee and stir to blend.
• If you wish, you may add 1/3 cup instant coffee granules to the mixture and then just mix with very hot water.

Steps:

• In a bowl sprinkle vanilla over the sugar. Stir until well blended and there are no moisture lumps.
• Add the rest of the ingredients, stir then sift the whole batch so it's well mixed.
• Store in an airtight container.
• Add 3 teaspoons per cup of boiling water (or to taste). Top with a bit of whipped cream if you like.

FRENCH SILK MOCHA - COFFEE & CHOCOLATE DRY MIX IN BULK

Steps:

• Place first 3 ingedients into a large plastic freezer bag, roll up bag to remove air, seal bag, unroll and using a rolling pin, crush to a fine even grind. Add remaining ingredients, toss to combine. *Rolling the dry milk together with the other ingredients eliminates the clumping issues when added to the liquid.
• Add 3 teaspoons, more or less to taste to 6 ounces boiling water.
• Variations: add 1 or more hard candies into hot coffee (butterscotch, peppermint, toffee, etc).

Steps:

• TO GIVE AS GIFT: Layer dry ingredients in a 3 C mason jar; seal with lid. Print recipe tag (see below).
• RECIPE TAG: Print recipe tag on cardstock. Reading: "Empty mix from jar into a large pot. Whisk in 4 C of water. Place pot over medium heat; cook, whisking occasionally, until smooth & hot, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat & stir in 1/2 C each Irish whiskey & Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur. Serve topped with whipped cream. Makes 6 servings. Enjoy!" Cut into shamrock. Punch hole at top center & tie to the jar with green narrow ribbon.

• Press the coffee through a fine sieve or a fine strainer if you do not have a sieve to remove any unwanted objects particles and make sure coffee is somewhat uniform. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container for personal use, or you can place in jars as gifts. Makes 3 1/2 cups. Serves 14
• For use: Place 1/4 cup mix into a mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water and stir until mix has dissolved. Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg or shaved chocolate. Try a dash of cayenne pepper for something new. I have not tried this yet, but some love it.
• Directions to include on a label or tag: Place 1/4 cup Mocha Coffee mix in a mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
