MINT-FROSTED BROWNIES image

Number Of Ingredients 16

2 squares unsweeted chocolate, melted
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. flour
Mint Frosting:
1 c. confectioner's sugar
2 T. butter
1 T. milk
1/2 t. peppermint extract
Chocolate Glaze:
2 T. butter
2 squares unsweetened choclate
(Melt in double boiler)

Steps:

  • Beat first 5 ingredients until smooth. Stir in nuts and flour. Spread in an 8x2 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cool and spread with frosting and glaze.
