Steps:
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add bananas; cook and stir 2 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely.
- Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Beat cream cheese in separate medium bowl until creamy. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
- Layer wafer crumbs, pudding, bananas, cream cheese mixture and nuts in 6 dessert cups just before serving.
