A Taste of Home recipe, tried and true. These are great. I had to give the recipe to many people after serving these at a luncheon.

Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, mushrooms, and peppers. Stir sour cream mixture into chicken mixture until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- 3. Just before serving, stir in bacon and pecans. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken salad onto each lettuce-lined croissant.
