BAKED FISH AND RICE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 1/2 C Chicken Bouillon
1/2 C uncooked Rice - Long Grain (not minute)
10 oz frozen (chopped) Broccoli, thawed & drained
1 TB grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb unbreaded Fish Fillets, thawed
1 TB Lemon Juice
Paprika to taste
1/2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • In an 8x12" dish, combine bouillon mixture with other spices and uncooked rice. Bake, covered, for 10 minutes. Top with broccoli & Parmesan cheese. Place fish diagonally down center of dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Stir rice. Top fish with cheese & bake, uncovered, 3 minutes longer.
