MINI BURGERS WITH RED-HOT SMOKEY KETCHUP image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 cups of ketchup
1 tbsp chipotle in adobo plus 1 tbsp sauce
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp ground cumin
4 ½ lb. ground beef
1 tbsp of salt
1 tsp. of pepper
40 small dinner rolls
1 jar cornichonw

Steps:

  • In bowl combine ketchup, chipotle, lime juice, cumin; chill. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Season beef with salt and pepper. Form beef into 40 2 inch burgers. Place on baking sheet; bake 8-9 minutes or until done. Top with ketchup mixture and serve on dinner rolls with cornichons on the side.
