Love bright, fizzy mimosas? Then this citrusy, orange-studded JELL-O dessert, made bubbly with the addition of club soda, is right up your alley.

Yield Makes 12 servings, 1/2 cup each.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (0.6 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
2 cups cold club soda
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in club soda. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
  • Stir in fruit. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.
