A ham & pimiento spread which goes great on crackers but definitely belongs between two sweet pieces of bread at a Cuban birthday party.

Steps:
- 1 1. If the ham is cubed, pass it thorugh a food processor until is it a ground paste.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until the spread is a light pink color.
- 3. Store in the refrigerator & serve on crackers or the traditional sweet Cuban rolls. (It's great on sweet Hawaiian bread, too)
