Millionaire Pie image

A lady at our church always used to make these for the potlucks. The pie would disappear so fast that I never got a chance to try it. She gave me her recipe and I finally decided to make one. Holy cow, it's marvelous! I hope y'all enjoy it, too!

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 ready made graham cracker pie crusts
1 pkg cream cheese, 8 ounce size, softened
1/4 c lemon juice
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounce size
1 large container cool whip, 8 ounce size
1 can(s) crushed pineapple, 20 ounce size, drained
1 jar(s) maraschino cherries, 8 ounce size, drained and chopped
1/2 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk. Beat on high speed until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Gently stir in pineapple, cherries and pecans.
  • 2. Pour mixture into pie crusts and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set. You can also refrigerate overnight, if desired. Serve chilled.
