2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup marshmallow creme
1 package chocolate chips
1/2 cup margarine

Steps:

  • Combine sugar and milk in saucepan.
  • Cook to soft ball stage.
  • Add chocolate chips,marshmallow creme and margarine.
  • Stir until melted and thoroughly blended.
  • Cool and spread on cake.
